Vitamin B nutrients For your Health

The B-vitamin complex consists of 11 essential vitamins for your health. They work synergistically and are better taken as a complex in whole food form, rather than individually. It is essential to have B complex vitamins from a variety of foods in your diet.

B vitamins are critical for mental health, for the metabolism to function properly and for a healthy nervous system.

B-vitamin deficiency :

Common B-vitamin deficiency symptoms are depression, suicidal tendencies, panic attacks, fear, irritability or nervousness. Correcting these deficiencies is as simple as including the following super foods consistently in your diet. They have high concentrations of the B-vitamin complex.

• Nutritional yeast-loaded with the b vitamins and amino acids.
• Spirulina-algae that supports life. It is a rich source of many minerals and vitamins and used as food for the astronauts.
• Bee pollen-rejuvenates the body and stimulates organs and glands and enhances vitality.
• Dark-green leafy vegetables-powerhouse of nutrients for your whole body.
• Whole grains-soaking or fermenting overnight neutralizes the phytic acid that causes digestive problems and increases the nutritional content.
• Whole wheat-soaked or fermented wheat.
• Brown rice-the nutrition is in the bran. Don't eat white rice.
• Oatmeal-soaked or fermented. Oats are soothing for the nervous system.
• Yogurt-full of probiotics for digestion.
• Kefir-also full of probiotics. Essential for good health.
• Wheat germ-don't eat white flour products. The germ is a part of the wheat kernel. Remove it and the nutrition is lost.
• Blackstrap molasses-still contains minerals and vitamins that are lost in the next steps towards processing sugar.
• Dried beans-powerhouses of nutrients. Soak or ferment for 12-24 hours to neutralize the compounds that cause digestive problems.
• Nuts and seeds-super nutrients in tiny packages. Great for snack and essential fatty acids.

Include these super foods throughout your weekly diet and cut down or eliminate processed foods. The more whole foods you eat, the healthier you will be.
And you will reduce or even eliminate the symptoms of B vitamin deficiency.

How to Get Rid of from Skin Tags Easily And Safely

There are many people, both men and women, that are wondering how to get rid of skin tags. They are unsightly, can get irritated by friction or clothes, and are generally embarrassing to people that have them. They can basically pop up anywhere, such as the arms, face, neck, legs, or even genitalia. And going to the dermatologist or doctor to get them surgically removed can be expensive, invasive, and often times does not cure the problem.

What is a Skin Tag?
Many people don't even realize what one is. They can easily be mistaken for a wart or even a mole. They are a soft growth that appears on the skin, that is usually smaller than 2cm in size. They look like small bumps or lumps, and can be flat or rounded - or are sometimes attached to the skin by a stalk called a peduncle. They are normally the same color as the skin, or slightly darker.

When people spot a tag, they usually freak out and think it is cancer. However, skin tags are basically harmless. People usually get them removed because of cosmetic concerns or irritation caused by clothes or even intercourse.

How to Remove Skin Tags?
NaturaL Removal Methods:
There are several methods to removing a skin tag. Some people would rather a professional dermatologist or physician remove it, however I always recommend trying natural removal methods first. Surgical removal can spell nasty bleeding or scarring that will affect you for the rest of your life. Some individuals even make the mistake of removing them by home clippers or scissors. This method is not only very dangerous and can introduce unwanted infections, it is usually temporary and they may grow back even larger.

A common method that is usually safe and fairly easy to perform is to tightly tie a small string or fishing line around the base of the tag. This essentially cuts off the blood supply of the skin tag and may promote it to die and fall off on its own.

Another relatively safe method is to attach duct tape directly on the tag. Keep it on for a few days and it may eventually fall off.
There are natural home remedies available that are not only cheaper than the latter method, the ingredients are usually widely available at a common grocery store. Side effects of natural methods are very rare, and usually topical medications permanently remove the skin tag.

6 foods to Eat daily to Lose stomach fat

They are
  • Kale
  • Cabbage
  • Brussels Sprouts
  • Broccoli
  • Bok Choy
  • Cauliflower
These 6 vegetables are all members of the cruciferous family of vegetables. They are already well known for their role in reducing the risk of cancer because of their high amount of phytochemicals. They are high in fiber, vitamin A, C and folic acid.

Cruciferous vegetables also contain glucosinolates, which give them their characteristic spicy or better taste. When the cell wall of these vegetables are broken via blending, chopping, or chewing they release an enzyme called myrosinase which converts glucosinolates into several cancer fighting substances but the one I want to talk to you about is indole 3-carbinol which is an anti-estrogen.

What does this have to do with my ability to lose stomach fat?

Glad you asked. Everyday we are bombarded with toxic chemicals in our environment that cause us to have hormonal imbalances in particular excessive amounts of estrogen also known as "Estrogen Dominance" which is the leading cause of fat gain around the stomach, hips and thighs. Estrogen Dominance is responsible for a host of illnesses:
  • PMS
  • Infertility
  • PCOS
  • Fatigue
  • Irritability
  • Allergies and Asthma
  • Mood Swings
  • Thyroid dysfunction.

These are just a few of the illnesses caused by Estrogen Dominance. Eating unfermented soy products, using plastics and yes cans that are not BPA Free, pesticides and not eating organic all cause an increase in estrogen levels. Even in men excessive amounts of estrogen causes us to store fat in our abdominal area. Thank God for the cruciferous crew! By the way did you know that cruciferous is Latin for cross bearing? I thought that was an interesting tid bit.

Is there any special way to eat or prepare them?
They are best eaten raw or lightly steamed and the more you chew or chop them the more of the enzyme is released. Mix them up but 1-2 different kinds everyday. The more you cook them the less cancer fighting and anti-estrogen properties they have and the more bitter they will taste. This is one of the reasons why I love green food smoothies, I can eat my kale raw and don't even taste it. In addition to creating a calorie deficit and exercising these 6 foods will be a great asset to help you lose the stomach fat for good!
