3 Steps on How to Control Hair Loss

The reason for this is because your follicles thrive off of the nutrients that are contained in your blood. They use them like food for growth.
Step 2: The second step to controlling your hair loss is to change your diet a bit. You don't have to go on any type of extreme diet or avoid all of your favorite foods. You will have to start eating essential foods that promote hair growth though.
Some great examples of these are almonds which contain high amounts of magnesium. Magnesium is very necessary and will allow your hair to grow much faster than it is right now. Vitamin B, biotin, saw palmetto, and even green tea are proven hair loss fighters.
Be sure to make them a part of your diet by all means necessary.
Step 3: The third and final step to increasing your hair count is to get your daily rest. This can't be stressed enough. I'm sure you've heard how important it is to get at least 8 hours of sleep if you're an adult.
Your body needs rest to grow in such areas as your muscles, and it also needs rest to produce more hair.
