Without Makeup
1. Benzoyl peroxide is an active agent in reducing the intensity of the pimple. So use a face wash that contains benzoyl peroxide of minimum 4% in it.
2. Using moisturizer (oil free) after bath will help to some extent.
3. Don't use scrub on pimples. Regularly wash, clean & tone the face this will prevent skin from excess facial oils.
4. Mix a pinch of salt in lemon juice and apply it on the affected area. Wash it with cold water after 20 minutes.
5. Applying tea tree oil will be also helpful to dry it up.
6. Make a by mixing sandalwood powder and rose water together. Apply it on the pimple and wash it after 20 minutes.
7. Keep an ice cube over the pimple for few minutes, this will reduce the size of the pimple significantly.
8. If you don't have much time. The best way is to take a hot water shower which will help to reduce the size of the pimple.
With MakeUp
Use face cleanser which contains salicylic acid and wash the face. Then apply a oil free lotion on the face to moisturize the skin. Bad a little toner on the pimple this will prevent bacterial action on the skin by removing excess oil. Now apply foundation base, then using tissue apply the concealer on the pimple. Wait for 1 minute and twist the brush on the concealer till it looks less visible. Tap the pimple with the finger till the pimple become even on the skin. Now apply a thin foundation layer around the pimple to blend it with the pimple. If these methods didn't work acne scarring treatment would be the best option.
Attention from the pimple can be drawn away by highlighting eyes or by applying lipsticks.
For Men
1. Take a aspirin and crush it. Now mix it with 3 drops of water. Applying this will be of great help.
2. Wet fuller's earth is also a good remedy for pimple. Apply this and leave it overnight.
3. Take a pinch of turmeric powder and add 3 drops of lemon juice in it and apply it on the pimple.
4. Steaming the face will also help to cure pimples.
5. Benzoyl peroxide is a excellent cleaner it can be used to wash face, neosporin powder can be applied over the pimple to reduce redness. You can go for professional natural acne scar treatment if these methods don't work.
